Liver is a rich source of protein, at its purest form. It also has other nutrients such as Vitamin A - which is great for eyes and skin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin K, folic acid, and iron, which are good for blood production. Liver also has Vitamin C, which is an immunity booster and Vitamin E, an antioxidant that prevents cell damage. You can buy liver from your local butcher or supermarket, based on the desired amount.
