Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has said the Competency-Based Curriculum needs a lot of infrastructure and resources for it to succeed. He spoke on Saturday when he paid a visit to learners at Mawingo Girls Secondary School in Kipipiri Constituency, Nyandarua County. The Deputy President said he has identified areas that need improvement on infrastructure in the institution. "Under the Competency Based Curriculum, aligning infrastructure to meet the demands of this system is a major focus of the Kenya Kwanza Administration for quality outcomes," Gachagua said. Gachagua said if all schools across the country get enough resources and infrastructure, then the CBC system will ultimately contribute to Nation building.
