The over 60 hour long operation at the government institute in Pampore outside Srinagar ended on Wednesday with the killing of two terrorists. Meanwhile, the Army has foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) at Tangdhar in Kupwara district of Jammu & Kashmir. Atleast two terrorists are believed to have attempted to cross the LoC in Tangdhar which was thwarted by the Army. Heavy firing has been on since morning in the seven storey EDI building in which one terrorist was killed on Tuesday evening and the second was killed on Wednesday. A third terrorist was suspected to be present inside but that was ruled out in the search later.
