A 46-year-old male police sergeant infected with the coronavirus in Queen Elizabeth Hospital is in intensive care and requires intubation. The Police Tactical Unit sergeant is the 854th patient in Hong Kong and is the fourth infected policeman. He was diagnosed on April 4 and had worked with a colleague diagnosed as infected with the coronavirus earlier at Shek Kip Mei police base.
