The hospital administration in Karachi admits negligence, proposes to bear the entire cost of Nishwa’s treatmentPolice on Monday registered a case against the administration of private hospital in Karachi after parents of an infant girl alleged negligence in the treatment of their daughter, reported Express News. The parents alleged that the mistreatment by hospital staff caused the infant’s health to deteriorate significantly. Suspending the staff responsible, the hospital administration on Monday admitted their negligence and proposed to bear the entire cost of Nishwa’s treatment. “The infant has been given an overdose of the injection following which her condition worsened,” confirmed the hospital administration. On Sunday, Nishwa’s father also submitted a complaint at Sharae Faisal Police Station, demanding strong action against the hospital administration.
