HOUSTON—At least two people were killed in an industrial explosion Friday morning in northwestern Houston, police said. The blast, which occurred around 4:30 a.m. at Watson Grinding & Manufacturing Co., leveled buildings and shook houses for miles. The cause is under investigation. Fire officials said it appeared that a tank of propylene gas was leaking.
