The country recorded a trade surplus of $3.89 billion, narrowing from $5.16 billion in November. Analysts polled by The Wall Street Journal expected a $4.01 billion surplus. For the full year, Southeast Asia's largest economy reported a trade surplus of $54.46 billion. Indonesia recorded trade surpluses with the U.S., India and the Philippines, the country's chief statistician, Margo Yuwono, said Monday.
