PETALING JAYA: Police have detained an Indonesian man for allegedly raping a nine-year-old girl. Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Dzaffir Yusoff said that the girl's mother reported to the police over the crime on Sept 16. "The woman, an Indonesian aged 33, said her nine-year-old daughter had been raped by a 34-year-old Indonesian man. "After the incident, the suspect ran away," said ACP Ahmad Dzaffir. He is also being held under remand for seven days, until Sept 29," said ACP Ahmad Dzaffir.
