There are no survivors after a Lion Air plane carrying almost 200 people plunged 5,000ft into the sea off Indonesia. The new Boeing 737 Max 8 disappeared from radar 13 minutes after take-off on a flight from the capital Jakarta to Pangkal Pinang. Flight JT610 was carrying 189 passengers and crew. Search teams have found body parts and passengers' belongings, including mobile phones, clothing, bags and wallets, in the sea, along with wreckage from the plane. The plane was repaired after it had suffered a technical problem on an earlier flight last night.
