The BSE Sensex had posted its second-biggest fall of 2019 on Friday after the government thwarted hopes of tax relief for FPIs. The ongoing flight of foreign funds is expected to continue on the back of latest taxation surcharge on the super rich category. Till date, an outflow of over ₹5,500 crore has taken place in the month of July, which is the highest this year. "Participants will react to Reliance and HDFC Bank's results in early trade on Monday and that could set the tone for the day. Major companies set to announce their earnings this week are DHFL, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HUL, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda, South Indian Bank, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto and Maruti Suzuki India.
