"She [the Unnao rape victim] suffered a cardiac arrest at 11:10 pm and we tried to resuscitate her, but she could not survive and at 11:40 pm, she died," the Sardurjung Hospital spokesperson confirmed, reports India Today. The rape victim was set ablaze by a gang of men, including the alleged rapist, as she made her way to court in the northern India on Thursday to attend a hearing in rape case, police said.
