A MAN in India who was challenged by a friend to eat 50 raw eggs collapsed and lost consciousness after eating 42 eggs, before dying hours later. Subhash Yadav, 42, had gone to Bibiganj market in Uttar Pradesh's Jaunpur district with a friend when a row reportedly broke out between the pair, police said. The two friends decided to settle the argument by eating 50 raw eggs in a challenge, with the winner getting Rs2,000 (RM117). Yadav accepted the bet and managed to devour 41 eggs, before he suddenly collapsed and fell unconscious upon eating number 42, according to Gulf News. Doctors ruled Yadav had died from complications due to over-eating the dozens of eggs.
