The most controversial season of singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’ came to an end after airing for eight long months. Contestant Pawandeep Rajan emerged as the winner of ‘Indian Idol 12’ which ran for 12 hours until midnight. Winner Pawandeep took a prize of Rs 25 lakhs and a Maruti Suzuki Swift car. The grand finale episode of ‘Indian Idol 12’ was a star-studded event with the presence of actors Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Bharti Singh and The Great Khali as guests. ‘Indian Idol 12’ grand finale was hosted by Aditya Narayan and co-hosted by Jay Bhanushali.
