Indian Olympic Association (IOA) president Narendra Batra on Thursday dismissed the possibility of India boycotting the 2022 Commonwealth Games if shooting is not included in the competition. Batra, however, said that IOA and sports ministry will take up the issue with the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) and the organisers. IOA will write to the Sports ministry and SAI to make 'no needle' policy mandatory in all the national training camps," said IOA president. Batra, meanwhile, announced that IOA will bid for the 2026 Youth Olympic Games, 2030 Asian Games and 2032 Olympics Games.
