NEW DELHI: There will not be a single country on the planet with whom India has not exchanged a personal visit by the end of 2016, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has said. "India will engage with every country on the surface of earth, by the end of 2016," Swaraj said. "Swaraj also assured swift issuance of passports in the coming year. "The collection of $55 billion in Foreign Direct Investment in the year 2015-16 is an an increase of 43 per cent from UPA terms," she said. She also lauded the growing relationship between India and other SAARC countries.In her address, Swaraj also took a dig at Congress, comparing the latest FDI figures with that during the tenure of the UPA govt.
