NEW DELHI: India lost their final Pool B match against Argentina 0-3 for their second defeat in the Women's Hockey World League Semi-Final at Wits University in Johannesburg on Sunday.Attacking right from the word go, Argentina took the lead as early as in the second minute of the match when Rocio Sanchez scored a brilliant field goal. A fumble from Monika cost India their second goal as Maria Granatto grabbed the ball from the Indian and dribbled all the way to score the second goal for Argentina in the 14th minute. India were 0-2 down already at end of the first quarter.It was no looking back for Argentina from there on and they kept attacking the Indian eves. Argentina were awarded a penalty stroke in the second quarter due to a rough tackle by Sushila just in front of the goal. Argentina topped the table with 12 points.India will play England in their quarter-final on Tuesday.
