“India conveyed strong concern to Pakistan over terror attack planned by JeM in J-K. Strong protest lodged demanding Pakistan stops supporting terrorists operating from their territory. The government of India is firm and resolute in taking all the necessary measures to safeguard national security,” ANI quoted sources as saying. The gunfight began after security forces intercepted a truck carrying the terrorists. Singh added that the security forces were getting inputs about possible infiltration by Pakistani terrorists ahead of the upcoming local elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday congratulated security forces for killing the terrorists.
