He said the nation has a “strong Prime Minister” who will give a “befitting reply” to Pakistan at an appropriate time. On the upcoming assembly elections, Badal said the party had already conveyed to 99 per cent candidates about the seats they were to contest on. Calling Congress leader Sunil Jakhar a “frustrated” man, he said he is issuing “irresponsible” statements against Akali Dal to make his political existence in the Congress.
