This is important since Pakistan has refused to give transit rights for Indian goods to Afghanistan. India has offered to supply 1.75 lakh tonnes of wheat to Afghanistan.India made a request "months back" to Pakistan for the transit, Jaishankar said, but "we have not received any response".
