Speaking at the event, Ambassador Srivastava pledged his country’s commitment to fulfil the promise at the India-Africa summit in 2015 to deliver concessional credit of US$ 10 billion to Africa. The theme of the Addis Ababa conference “India’s Engagement with North Africa and Horn of Africa: Issues, Initiatives and Prospects”.
