India‘s opener Shubman Gill scored a brilliant century in the fourth Test against Australia, with India reaching 188-2 in their first innings by tea on the third day. Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara put on a 113-run partnership before Pujara was dismissed by spinner Todd Murphy. Australia had earlier made 480 in their first innings. Rohit Sharma was also dismissed for 35, ending his 74-run partnership with Gill. Australia still lead by 292 runs.
