MUMBAI: IndiGo has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court , challenging the GMR-led Delhi International Airport Ltd's (DIAL) direction to the airline to shift a part of its operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 of the airport. The petitioners are IndiGo and one its shareholders Enakshi Jha. Delhi airport has three terminals, of which T1 is used by low fare carriers for domestic operations and terminal-3 (T3) by full service carriers, foreign airlines and LCCs’ international operations. Go Air has already agreed to shift its entire operations to T2. IndiGo has refused to partly shift operations saying it wants to handle all domestic passengers either at T2 or T1.IndiGo’s tussle with DIAL has been going on since August. The first earned the airline widespread public ire while on the latter, it was accused of "gross negligence" by the AAI.
