Briefcase 1 Dr Subhash Chandra was on Saturday elected to the Upper House of the Parliament. 2 INLD-Congress backed RK Anand gets scuttled by Subhash Chandra by 8 vote margin3 Rajya Sabha elections have proved that Congress is B-team of BJP in Haryana. Chandra who contested the election as an independent candidate managed to win the election despite the Congress and INLD support to R K Anand. While 14 votes of Congress legislators were declared invalid,Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala's vote was cancelled after BJP raised objections. Anand was confident that he will win, Chandra was expecting cross voting to defeat his rival.
