Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has condemned President William Ruto for openly declaring his refusal to adhere to court orders. On Saturday, Kalonzo emphasized that the judiciary deserves respect from all Kenyans, regardless of their societal status. The Wiper leader was addressing mourners during a burial ceremony at Kyangala in Kalama, Machakos County. “We can’t play with that arm of government, the judiciary; lawyers, magistrates, judges and all court officials,” Kalonzo said. So, the independence of the judiciary isn’t negotiable.
