Former Mukurweini MP Kabando wa Kabando has said that the incompetence President William Ruto talked about at State House on Tuesday comes back to him and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua. According to Kabando, Ruto and Gachagua's statements show that the country is in a crisis. Kabando also responded to remarks by Gachagua who explained why the government decided to cut down on the number of working days state officials can spend outside the country. He said Ruto and Gachagua cannot claim not to be aware of the trips by cabinet secretaries and principal secretaries. Gachagua on his part accused some state officials of having grown appetite for foreign travels.
