At about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, East Prince RCMP sent a news alert requesting residents of Dickie Road between Route 1 and Route 10 to shelter in place, lock their doors and avoid windows until further notice. #PEIRCMP are responding to a police operation on Dickie Road in #BordenCarleton between Route 1 and Route 10. Residents should lock doors, shelter in place and stay away from windows. Then, at 6:15 p.m., RCMP sent a tweet to say the operation had "concluded safely."
