In-form Manawatu skaters off to Oceania championshipsRobert Charles/Fairfax NZ Phoenix Reid is one of six Manawatu skaters competing at the Oceania championships this weekend. Six Manawatu artistic roller skaters will compete at the Oceania championships in Wanganui this weekend. Caelan Allen, Frances Allen, Phoenix Reid, Annelise De Cleene, Emma McLaren and Emily Lupton were all selected after the New Zealand championships in New Plymouth in July. At nationals 24 Manawatu skaters won 12 gold medals, six silvers and seven bronzes. Caelan Allen, Frances Allen, Reid and De Cleene also competed at the Australian championships in July and they won a gold, three silvers and three bronzes.
