On the occasion, Shehbaz slammed political opponents Imran Khan and Asif Ali Zardari. He called PTI chief Imran Khan a “liar” who had not done any public work in Khyber-Pakhtunkhuwa. The CM also announced a grant of Rs300 million individually for Chobara Chowk and the construction of the sub campus of Layyah University. Shehbaz stated he would consider a colony for journalists according to the defined rules of Layyah district.
