However, the Netherlands, the region’s fifth-largest economy, knows where it wants to be. Data due yesterday were expected to show that Dutch GDP expanded 0.5 percent in the first quarter, a separate survey indicated. The Netherlands is still trying to form a new government after Dutch Prime Minster Mark Rutte’s Liberal Party won elections earlier this year. Economists expect joblessness to average at 5.1 percent this year and 4.8 percent next year, the survey showed.
