A mental health trust is celebrating after improvements were noted across its wards. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) praised the safe and supportive care at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT)’s forensic inpatient and secure wards. In a report released after the October visits, the trust was handed an overall good rating, with the same rating across its five categories. “They can be very proud of the improvements they have made and the care their service users are receiving. The trust said action was being taken to make changes to wards, with an emphasis on safety.
