Furthermore, based on initial reports, it allows you to upload multiple photos and videos with no obvious quality loss compared to using the regular Instagram app. To see if you are one of them, open Instagram in a desktop browser and look for the new ‘+’ icon to the right of your inbox icon. If you have more than one account, it’s worth checking them all as the feature appears to have been activated on an account-by-account basis.
