Fonacier added that advisories and/or guidelines issued by local health authorities, such as the Department of Health, should be considered and strictly followed. First emerging in Wuhan in China’s central Hubei province in December, Covid-19 has spread to more than 100 countries. The World Health Organization declared the Covid-19 spread a pandemic on Thursday.
