First-half earnings were up based on an occupancy rate of 55 per cent, rising from 51 per cent in the same period last year. Total revenue was Bt1.157 million, with 13-per-cent growth, net profit Bt645 million with 16-per-cent growth, and the trust’s net profit margin was 56 per cent.
