Nwafor said the REC had been acting contrary to an existing court order which legally recognised him as the party chairman in the state. He said APC under his leadership might be compelled to drag Ezeonu to court if he does not desist from undermining his position and by extension, the court directive. The REC had allowed party agent sent by a faction of APC to stand in for the party along Nwafor’s agent during the distribution of sensitive materials on Friday.
