MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo, the main suspect in the killing of AKO Bicol Representative Rodel Batocabe. Aside from Baldo, the other suspects in the case — Emmanuel Rosillo, Jaywin Babor, Danilo Muella, Henry Yuzon, Gilbert Concepcion, Agaton Concepcion, Christoper Cabrera Naval and Emmanuel Judavar — have also been issued ILBOs.
