Here are three questions about inflation, unemployment, and Fed policy. Does the Fed know how low the unemployment rate can go? Should the Fed be tightening now, even though inflation is still low? Honestly, we don’t know. One is that we really don’t know how low U can go, and won’t find out if we don’t give it a chance.
