However, I am job-hunting and I almost never see job ads that look interesting and also overlap with my work experience. Watch on Forbes:I see some job ads that look interesting. I know could perform those jobs but I don't have the experience (on paper) that the job ad requires. I don't have the job titles that match my experience. I don't have the confidence yet to write a Pain Letter because I don't see the clear connection between the work I've done already and the job opening I'm interested in.
