During I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp, Ant was talking to host Emily Atack and his co-host and best friend Declan Donnelly when he made the joke. The threesome was talking about the newest additions to the camp, Andy Whyment and Cliff Parisi, when the conversation of alcohol came up. During last year's series, Ant was replaced for the first time ever by This Morning's Holly Willoughby when he took time out from all TV work. Ant took a year off after he was convicted of drink-driving and soon after spent time in rehab to overcome his demons. I'm A Celeb launched for its 2019 series on Sunday and opened with Ant joking that he had taken a year off.
