He disclosed that the issue boils down to intelligence and not about academics or technology calling on Ghanaians to be wary of the kind of the schemes they fall for. “Don’t forget our Sakawa boys who are not educated are duping professors…they are duping people who are supposed to know better. The Police Chief underscored the significance of technology in the fight against crime but stated that the emerging threats are enormous explaining of how easy it has become as a result of technology in present times. “Crime has become easy to commit, the perpetrators have become sophisticated whilst the society is not matching up with the sophisticated nature of the criminals, therefore, the challenges”, he stated.
