INSUFFICIENT parking space in Little India, Brickfields has led to many motorists double-parking their vehicles, particularly along Jalan Tun Sambanthan. M. Kumaran, 36, who frequents the area for prayer items, said the situation had resulted in traffic congestion, especially during weekends and peak traffic hours. “Some motorists are civic-minded enough to leave their mobile phone numbers on the dashboard of their cars, if they had to double park. However, there are those who would just leave their vehicles for hours, without any means of contacting them.
