The illegal Miner, Totimeh Sylvester, allegedly grabbed and pulled balls of the security officer in order to escape but was overpowered. The accused was put before the Koforidua Circuit Court “B” on Thursday. The accused, however, run into a cocoa farm where the owner of the farm was harvesting his cocoa pods and pretended to be part of the farm -hands by picking the pods. However, the Presiding Judge, Mercy Addei -Kotei granted bail of Ghc10, 000, with two sureties to reappear on November 14, 2017.
