Joe Biden said he'd make mask-wearing mandatory if he was in charge of handling the coronavirus pandemic, as cases surge around the country. Biden said he would do everything possible 'to make it required that people had to wear masks in public.' 'I would insist that everybody in public be wearing that mask, anyone to reopen would have to make sure they walked into a business that had masks.' He then gave a speech to those supporters where he attacked President Trump's response to the coronavirus pandemic. Biden also hit Trump for backing a lawsuit that could see the Supreme Court overturn Obamacare in full.
