Previously, on February 27, the court fixed today (Monday) for a hearing on charge framing against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, and 16 others, in the case. On February 7, the prosecution began a hearing on charge framing in the corruption case. On November 25, 2018, the High Court directed the trial court to conclude trial proceedings in the case within six months. On September 2, 2007, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed the case against two Gatco directors, Khaleda, and others.
