The quarantine restrictions imposed on people travelling back from France and Spain are enough to persuade most to change or cancel their holiday plans. Some travellers are prepared to suffer a 14-day lockdown on their return to the UK — but the quarantine rules are not the only reason for cancelling a holiday.
