Q We are a family of six and are going to Singapore and Cambodia for three weeks in August. We have booked a four-day trip to Angkor Wat and would like some beach time for about a week, somewhere that’s not over-touristy (but not too quiet), with activities for the children such as paddleboarding. We have thought about the Thai islands of Phuket and Koh Samui, but are not sure whether Cambodia or Vietnam could offer similar. We are also conscious that we are travelling in the rainy season.
