Katugwa hinted that during the year 2018, the Area Office implemented over 100 training programmes, trained over 5,000 participants across the states from over 30 companies in different training programmes. Also Governor of Lagos State, Akinwumi Ambode who was represented by Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions, Mrs Rhoda Ayinde said the modern workplace has become diverse and multicultural in nature, where collaboration, planning, common goals, flexibility and support for social initiative are some of its characteristics.She charged OPS to look at introduction of flexible working hours and employees working remotely as a way to reduce the rush hour traffic in the city.
