The annual job fair is expected to attract more than 2,000 IT professionals with working experience of two to five years. The expo, held by websites VietnamWorks and topITworks, will take place in HCM City on October 1. During the period, the number of IT vacancies rose by six per cent compared to the same period last year, the report showed. The number of software jobs surged by 14 per cent, while hardware jobs were up six per cent during the period. Last year, recruitment demand surged by 63 per cent in the last six months compared to the first six months of the year.
