The IED blast that rocked the Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train and the subsequent 12-hour encounter with an ISIS suspect in Lucknow on Tuesday, has now fueled apprehensions about the Islamic State's reach in India. Speaking to India Today on the Lucknow encounter, ISIS' role among other things, Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi saysISIS UNSAFE IN INDIAISIS-like ideology is unsafe in India, as our forces are in place to take them on.
