ISG scoops £50m revamp of former Daily Mail HQ

ISG has been picked to undertake the £50m refurbishment of the Daily Mail’s former HQ. According to the contractor, the Art Deco offices in the City of London will be revamped to include a 1,150 square metre, two-storey extension, as well as full overhaul of the current 25,119 square metre space. According to ISG, the refreshed space will provide occupiers with a modern workplace to a Cat A standard. The building formerly known as Northcliffe House (the title is now used by the Daily Mail newspaper's current head office in Kensington) is targeting BREEAM Outstanding. A key feature of the Grade ll-listed building is the reconfigured internal atrium, which upon completion will link the reception with the renovated office space and break out areas.
