Photo: BloombergMumbai: IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd’s infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise as much as Rs.4,300 crore. IRB Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, Aryan Toll Road Pvt. Ltd, ATR Infrastructure Pvt. IRB first said in August 2015 that it would set up an infrastructure investment trust and transfer at least 12-15 of its existing operational road projects into the trust to unlock value from operational assets.
